Hope you’re enjoying an amazing weekend, filled with lots of time spent with loved ones doing the things you enjoy most! I know I did!
Fitness & getting the body you desire & deserve isn’t an overnight project. But neither is getting out of shape. Many people have spent the last few days over-indulging in great foods & alcohol and not enough time spent working off those extra calories. No worries, a few days of indulgence won’t knock you off your fitness goals – unless you let it!

A great way to wake up the body & get the calorie burning fires stoked is this body weight circuit that you can do anywhere! Get as many reps of each as you can for 30 seconds, then move onto the next exercise with no rest. Then repeat the whole thing! Complete 2 sets & work your way up to 5 sets with a little (60second) break between each.
Enjoy!

Circuit:
Squats
Push ups
Squats
Jumping jacks
Squats
Jabs & Crosses (tight stomach!)
Squats
Crunches

*make sure your physician/medical team has okay’d exercise for your safety*
