S.P.A.R.K.S Conditioning was born to fill a set of needs that we must each address en route to getting the body & life we desire & deserve. Many times we forget that our journey in fitness to take our physical bodies to a certain destination starts within our hearts & minds and getting them there first!
We all want results & we want them quickly. Sometimes in that hurry to get to our destination we forget to enjoy the journey, & we miss all the wonderful things we can learn on that journey. Speed refers to being faster, moving with more grace but never being in a rush. Speed also refers to going at your pace to get to where you desire & deserve to go.
Power is strength x speed. It’s also the intangible ability we each have within us to get exactly what we deserve & desire. Power refers to the fact that we are each in control of our own joy, our own results & getting to where we each deserve & desire to be. That’s real power. And we already possess it in abundance. I’ll teach you how to unlock it & use it to serve you.
It’s said that the one who is most adaptable wins. The one who is most like water – pliable at some points, strong at others. The ability to adapt allows us to recover & grow stronger, in the gym & in life.
